Minimum requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Have a high school diploma or GED

Under supervision of a supervisor, employee will carry out duties asked.

Work as a team with office staff.

Creating invoices, answering phones, loading chemical, general cleanup/calibration/inventory and all other related tasks.

Employees are to assume responsibility in caring for all Sheridan County Weed and Pest property (tools, trucks, trailers, etc.). If something is broken or lost report it to the supervisor.

Fill out time cards daily.

Days off must be arranged in advance except in case of emergency or sickness.

Be on time. Work 40 hours a week 5 days a week, from 7:00am to 4:00pm (8-hour days with a 1 hour lunch break)

All employees may need to lift/carry 50lbs, bend, kneel, and hike steep uneven terrain.

Weekly bonus is based upon performance/behavior and can be revoked by discretion of supervisor.

All employees will be considered probationary for a period of 30 consecutive calendar days following their employment. Unsatisfactory performance will result in termination.
